Shipping and Delivery Information
Allow 3 weeks for delivery. If you need your order sooner than 3 weeks, please select the "Rush Order" option below and select the appropriate expedited shipment method at checkout. Jewelry, tiaras and crystal bouquets ship from New Jersey. Please select either Standard Shipping which is USPS Priority mail (5-7 business days) or Express Shipping which is usually overnight. Even with a RUSH order, we will need at least 3 business days to make your order.
Return Policy
Our line of designer crystal and pearl bridal headpieces, wedding tiaras, halos, hair sticks, and bridal jewelry with the exception of special orders* and rush orders**, may be returned for a full refund excluding shipping costs. Items returned must be postmarked no later than 3 business days after you receive the shipment. Since we track all of our shipments, we adhere strictly to this policy. You must call us or email us for a return authorization number at 1-866-5HEAVEN. There are no exceptions. All items must be returned in unused condition or no credit will be issued.
Selecting two items with the intention of returning one is strongly discouraged. These items are custom made. There will be a $25.00 restocking fee applied to all returns under this condition.
* Basic items are created using white, ivory, crystal clear or iridescent beads only in either gold or silver. An item ordered with any other combination of colors will be concerned a "special order" and not eligible for a return.
** Orders that need to be delivered prior to the three week time frame will be considered rush orders.
Created using 4mm crystal or glass beads, tiny frosted crystal drops and a lovely frosted and clear Swarovski crystal cross pendant. The Swarovski "Crystal Cross" necklace can be ordered with Czech Republic glass beads or genuine Swarovski crystal beads. The genuine Swarovski cross pendant is 12mm wide. Available in crystal clear only. Can be created using sterling silver findings or gold filled findings. Regular size is 14.5 inches long. Queen size is 16.5 inches long.
Matching earrings and bracelets available. Regular bracelet is 7.5 inches long. Queen size bracelet is 8.5 inches long.
Please specify: Bead type and metal type. Swarovski crystal beads and Czech glass beads are available for this item. Swarovski crystal is made in Austria and is by far the finest in the world. It has far more sparkle than glass but is more costly. Czech glass is beautiful but has less sparkle than crystal. Sterling silver clasps or gold filled clasps may be ordered.
