Platters are guaranteed to be delivered to you no later than 3 weeks from the date you place your order with standard UPS Ground shipping. If you need your kit sooner than three weeks from today, please select the "rush order" option. A non-refundable $35 fee will be added to your order. Rushed orders will be be given priority for the next firing and typically ship the next day or the following day. Please select the appropriate shipping method at checkout. Return Policy
Your platter is handpainted just for you and therefore, it is non-returnable nor exchangable under any circumstance with the exception of a spelling error on our part. It is crucial that you are as explicit as possible when detailing your figures. Often, we will rearrange your figures to balance the portrait. In most cases, we will email you a photo proof to approve if we make major changes. However, we retain the right to artistic license when making decisions regarding the layout of your platter.
